Position: Part-Time Concierge
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11PM; WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr PLUS continuous mentorship and progressive job placements
Experience: 3+ years of concierge or hospitality customer service experience is preferred
Education: High School Diploma or GED; Fair Housing Training a plus
Location: Washington, D.C.

Job Description:
- Greet guests and complete reservations in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, diffusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
- Receive, store, or deliver guest luggage, mail, or packages according to local standard
- Make recommendations for restaurants and entertainment based on a detailed understanding of the neighborhood
Position Requirements:
- Must have the "Ray Stuff" (good ethics, honesty and integrity)
- Familiarity with Property Management programs such as Rent Cafe, Yardi, Building Link and MRI
- Strong Microsoft Word/typing skills
- Ability to converse with guests in a charismatic way - extroverts will exceed in this position
- Punctual attendance; Dependable
- Organized, detail, and task oriented
