The hardest part of starting a real estate business is the ability to get into production quickly and stay consistently closing. If you’re looking for a firm that has the quality lead flow and tools you need to get contracts in 90 days or less and stay busy, NNT is the place for you!

We are partnered DIRECTLY with Zillow, which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. Neal & Neal agents receive Zillow Flex leads directly from Zillow after completing our onboarding program. From there, you'll receive continuous training and coaching on how to best build a pipeline and turn these leads into your lifelong clients.

At Neal & Neal, we provide the training and support to help you take these leads and get them under contract. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-4 deals per month within as little as 90 days after training.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of lead calls and build your database
  • Show properties across San Antonio to interested clients
  • Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare market analysis to determine property value for sales
  • Educate clients on real estate procedures
  • Work with your Transaction Management team to close the deal
  • Provide a 5-star experience to everyone you work with
