ZENISTAS (Smoothie/Juice Bartender & Cashier )

Job Summary

Join our vibrating growing family at Atlanta's newest luxury smoothie bar and spiritual wellness center. We are looking for leadership people with great energy, and an uplifting spirit in life to add to our team. Your role as a Zentista will include handcrafting delicious smoothies, juices and sales skills with selling other retail items in the store. Along while helping to bring a zenful vibe and maintaining a clean and professional retail environment. Our workplace is fast-paced, vibrant, fun and family oriented. We are looking for energetic, hard-working team members who are committed to bringing a warm heartfelt experience for our customers everyday while make healthy delicious medicine for the soul.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Bring a vibrant professional energy to all customers and staff
• Prepare juices, smoothies, and handle take away food
• Sales skills and knowledge about spiritual items for customers
• Maintain clean equipment, supplies and workspaces.
• Manage cashier’s responsibilities including but not limited to: completing customer transactions, greeting customers, answering inquiries, restocking supplies, etc.
• Clean, Prep and Breakdown as needed

ZENISTAS (BARTENDER)

Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. Do everything possible to ensure that customers are satisfied and have a positive experience.
Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping kitchen, tables, cases, shelves, and more are clean and well stocked always. Operate equipment and serve product in the juice bar area, this includes preparing juices and smoothies.
Follow juice bar procedures to maintain supplies, storage and coolers and to track product transfers and spoilage.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.
Including a wide range of daily smoothie bartending duties, responsibilities or requirements. Other duties not listed here may be assigned by management.

Pay: $8.00-$11.00

• Has Sales Experience and some knowledge of products and services.
• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Open to applicants 18 years old and up.
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
