The Youth Care Specialist (YCS) provides for the physical and emotional needs of the clients assigned to the cottage and facilitates a healthy group living experience.

The YCS participates in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients.

This position offers a flexible work schedule, perfect for individuals enrolled in school, looking for a second job OR to gain experience in the mental health/social services fields!

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency

Licensure/Certification: Class E driver’s license with good driving record

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent time management
• Oral and written communication skills
• Word, Excel, and e-mail applications proficiency

Work Schedule & Compensation:

We're seeking AM & PM coverage and can be flexible on the hours depending on your availability.

The pay range is between $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
