Sundays: 2:30pm-5pm

Gym staff support a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all YMCA members and guests. The position functions to enhance the member experience by providing member assistance in the gymnasium area while keeping facilities neat and programs running smoothly and in a timely manner. Gym staff setup and take down equipment and materials for any YMCA programs and events in the Sebring-Lewis Center gymnasium and elsewhere.

The weekday morning staff will be particularly focused on the growing sport of pickleball. While previous experience in pickleball is not required, the ideal candidate will be one who has the drive and ability to learn, play and lightly instruct pickleball for beginning players. This is an active, interactive position that engages with members and helps build relationships and community.
