We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our X-Cel Specialty Contact Lens Division located in Duluth, GA. X-Cel is a leading manufacturer and distributor of contact lenses; providing Eye Care Professionals with superior products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Job Summary

Manage customer communications including incoming/outbound calls, order configuration and entry into ERP system, and coordinate with other departments to provide service to customers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive requests for price quotations, orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly with customers.
• Use PC to retrieve customer information, product availability, order status and to input customer orders. Ensuring that correct codes are used.
• Perform order analysis, troubleshooting, or inputs for root cause analysis of customer complaints

• Balance answering calls with varies administrative duties while maintaining an even distribution load.
• Understand and communicates company policies and procedures, promotions and contracts in a diplomatic and cordial manner.
• Maintain focus and achieve individual objectives as it pertains to company and departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Typing skills and functional knowledge of PC s.
• Previous background should include demonstrated ability to deal with customers.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
