The HCM Systems Analyst is responsible on behalf of the Benefits Department for the day-to-day operations of the current ePersonality (eP)/Highline Payroll/HRIS system, and will be responsible for ongoing operations and implementation.

The Benefit Systems Analyst is responsible on behalf of the Benefits Department for the day-to-day operations of the current ePersonality (eP)/Highline Payroll/HRIS system, and will be responsible for ongoing operations and implementation new HCM system(s); creating customized reports and configuring/improving business processes to support changes in plan structure and Benefit Department initiatives. This key role will collaborate with all IT, HR, Finance and Administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.

· Experience with Day-to-day operations of the current ePersonality (eP)/Highline Payroll/HRIS system – 5 Years

· Experience with HCM system(s); creating customized reports and configuring/improving business processes to support changes in plan structure – 5 Years

· SQL, Discoverer, Oracle, MS Access – 5 Years

· Excellent written and oral communications skills as well as strong analytical and organizational skills required. – 5 Years

· Advanced Excel Skills – 5 Years

· Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users – 5 Years

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
