Positions Requirements for Wood Manufacturing Laborer:

• Wood Manufacturing Laborer must have good standing tenure at current and past positions
• Ability to convert and understand both standard and metric units of measure
• Follow daily production schedules and understand work orders
• Ability to problem solve work related problems individually and work as a team to solver higher level problems
• Wood Manufacturing Laborer must complete documentation correctly in a timely manner
• Accurately read and use a tape measure and calipers
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to recognize and discern materials
• Wood Manufacturing Laborer must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics as required for each product to meet customer quality needs and expectations.

Quality/Housekeeping/Safety Expectations for Wood Manufacturing Laborer:

• Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality to ensure all products meet work order requirements
• Wood Manufacturing Laborer will be required to keep their stations and work areas clean and clear of debris, slip, and trip hazards
• Utilizes Lock Out Tag Out at all appropriate times
• Wood Manufacturing Laborer must be able to do weekly deep clean of equipment and department
• Peer quality checks throughout shift

Qualifications for Wood Manufacturing Laborer:

• Good standing tenure at previous positions
• Flexibility for overtime as needed for company and client demands
• Wood Manufacturing Laborer must have the ability to stand for 8-10 hours in a shift
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch and lift as needed
• Steel toed shoes are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
