Job description

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Store Manager for our Boost Mobile store to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff
• Greet and direct customers
• Sell Boost Mobile Products and Services
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints

Skills:

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
