Overview: This position is responsible for assisting in the overall leadership of the Wines & Spirits department. Duties include ensuring hospitable, courteous, and efficient service to customers, maintaining cleanliness of the department, as well as assisting the department manager in coaching, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals.

Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily sales floor, checkouts, and back office spaces.

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a wide variety of wines and spirits products including international and local options in addition to Private Label offerings. You will gain expertise in creative merchandising and product offerings, as well as maintaining a positive work environment for department staff and creating sensational shopping experiences for our customers. In addition, you will assist the department manager in reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for financial and overall department service improvements.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates have prior supervisor experience as well as liquor and retail industry experience. Candidates should have the desire and ability to create meaningful and memorable moments for our customers.
