The Window Service Coordianator is responsible for coordianting and scheduling our service techs for jobs at clients homes, jobsites and businesses

Responsibilities of the Window Service Coordinator

• Answering inbound calls from clients
• Working with sales and support staff to identify needed parts
• Ordering service parts thru multiple vendors
• creating service tickets
• Scheduling service appointments with clients
• following up with service techs
• ensuring completion of jobs
• Interact with vendors

Qualified candidates must have excellent computer and phone skill, ability to multi-task and personable

Requirements of the Window Service Coordinator

• Typing and clerical background
• Able to navigate a selling system and scheduling system
• interpersonal skills
• 1-2 years of window experience is requested but not a requirement
• Reports directly to the Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Germantown, WI 53022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Glass installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
