Due to all our growth, we are searching for Window/Door Technicians and Foremen to professionally install our product line in La Crosse, WI and surrounding areas.

Sign on bonus details!

$1,500 for a Technician level employee:

• $100 paid the first day on the job
• $400 paid at 30 days of employment
• $500 paid at 90 days of employment
• $500 paid at 180 days of employment

$2,500 for a Foremen level employee:

• $200 paid the first day on the job
• $700 paid at 30 days of employment
• $800 paid at 90 days of employment
• $800 paid at 180 days of employment

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous experience in rough and/or finish carpentry
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at a height of 20 feet
• Valid Driver's License

In addition to technical expertise, ideal candidates will be punctual, well organized and customer service oriented in order to ensure our customer is happy before, during, and after the project is completed.

In addition to a high-hourly rate, eligible for a per-job bonus paid weekly.

Current Installer level average is $25.58/hour

Current Foreman level average is $31.61/hour
