Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM is seeking full time Welder to join our team in North Fort Myers, FL.

Position Review:
Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques to hollow doors & frames. Inspects completed welds to determine proper weld. Grinds, sands and/or paints hollow doors then prepares lock work on completed product.
Essential Job Duties:
- Pull material to complete welding of hollow metal doors and framework.
- Use appropriate technique to weld material(s) for metal doors and framework.
- Inspects completed welds to determine proper weld.
- Grind, sand and paint completed welded door slab product.
- Prepare lock work on completed door slab.
- Adheres to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures; maintain a safe environment.
- Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Others duties as assigned by Management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum education required— High school or GED.
- Minimum experience required—2 or more years experience in welding and building material components.
- Special skills required—Operation of mig welders, grinders, sanders and/or painting materials.
- Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods of time, bending or stooping, lifting up to 100 lbs, also performs duties that require constant movement, squatting and twisting. Eye protection required at all times during use of welders. Ability to work overtime.
