Welder I

☐ To qualify as a Welder I, the team member must be certified by the company as a welder

☐ Proficient in print reading, layout, and welding of the following:

☐ Under pan

☐ Bottom Guards

☐ LCH

☐ Bed Sections

☐ Handrails

☐ Additional items as defined by supervision

Welder II

☐ To qualify as a Welder II, a team member must have all of the qualifications of a Welder I

☐ Work independently on lay outs, without the direction of others, while producing quality work. ☐ Proficient in reading prints, lay outs, and must demonstrate the ability to weld all items that come through the shop.

☐ This individual will also be responsible for the training of entry level Welders (Welder I) as needed.

Welder III

☐ To qualify as a Welder III, a team member must have all of the qualifications of a Welder II,

☐ Produce at a level that is higher than that of a Welder II.

☐ Direct product and materials through the welding department for maximum efficiency, and must have a full understanding of the manufacturing process at Talos in regard to the following:

☐ How products travel through the plant

☐ Why they travel in the order that they do

☐ How the Welder position affects the process down stream

Welder III must also be able to demonstrate the following leadership skills:

☒ Must be able and willing to mentor class I and class II Welders

☐ Must be able and willing to set the work pace

☐ Must have positive attitude everyday as defined by leadership and peers

A Welder III must also be able to demonstrate skills in other departments including, but not limited to:

☐ Cutting Department

☐ Painting Department

☐ Assembly Department

☐ Shipping Department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour

• Lewisburg, TN 37091: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
