We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Weekend Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include (but not limited to) checking in guests, handling their requests, taking reservations, security walk throughs, and light janitorial. Laundry and light janitorial duties are large components of the job. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly while maintaining a clean public are and workspace.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Laundry is a large component for this position as all front desk agents are in charge of laundry. Each shift is responsible for what they can get done and Night Auditor's role is to finish the remainder and prep carts for housekeeping for the following day
• Light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out all garbage in public areas
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile accounts
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

Skills

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• An eye for detail
• Be able to lift 30 pounds
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overnight

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
