Century 21 Epic has a position open for a part-time weekend General Administrator in Petaluma! Are you a reliable, energetic, and upbeat professional? We’re looking for the new face of our company to greet our customers and support our agents in our ever growing business!
You must be skilled in basic administration functions, communication, light graphic design/template work, social media, and other outreach to support our agents. This can be a busy position with various duties, and many interactions with diverse situations throughout the day.

Job Title: Weekend General Admin
Rate of Pay: $18/hour
Benefits include Paid Time Off/Sick Leave
Hours: Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist agents with preparing for open houses
- Create open house flyer and map
- Post open houses to Craig’s List
- Template work/light graphic design
- Assist agents with printing as needed
- Answer office phones, provide general information, and forward calls as required
- Greet walk-ins
- Greet clients on behalf of agents for appointments
- Miscellaneous administrative support
- Projects by request from Management
- Light facilities maintenance
Skillset:
- Great communication and incredible people skills
- Reliable and on time
- Able to provide accurate data entry
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of operation of general office equipment
- Highly competent attention to detail
- Editing skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter, able to work independently and efficiently
- Highly organized
- Responsive to agents and management
- Must be growth-minded
- Able to sit at a desk for computer work & answering phones, be up and around the office, and occasionally lift cases of paper and other supplies
