SafeTweave is currently hiring multiple production weaving operators for day & night shift.

Starting hourly pay range is $15.38 – $17.51 per hour, 42 scheduled hours per week.

Maximize productivity while minimizing off-quality/waste and ensuring all quality standards are met, adhere to the Quality Policy, Quality Manual Procedures, and Work Instructions according to the ISO/IATF 16949 guidelines, operate many looms in the assigned area using customer specifications to ensure quality product while working to maintain efficiency, administer loom checks at shift start and hourly quality checks for defects, monitor loom stops to effectively and efficiently get them back up and into production, monitor looms for raw material needs, communicate machine issues to maintenance and shift supervisor, document all product data in a legible manner, perform measurements of product using calibrated tools provided by the company, understand and perform all aspects of the weaving process, ability to recognize product defects and cause, operate hoists and beam carriers during the doffing process, ability to push, pull, and or lift up to 50 lbs, use basic computer skills to scan/enter raw materials identification, print documents and customer specifications, print product labels, etc. and the ability to work overtime when needed.

SafeTweave, established in 2012, is an American tolling company, converting nylon 6.6 fiber into a woven flat fabric for 100% use in automotive airbags and accredited to the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949 Automotive Quality Management System.
