Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their Warranty team in Wylie, TX as a Warranty Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Processing warranty and contractor applications
- Processing new leak claims
- Drafting standard or routine warranties/documents
- Management of legal/warranty filing in eDocs
- Prepare correspondence such as contracts and/or warranties
- Email and phone communication with customers and sales staff
- Gathers information from various sources or performs research
- Data collection and database entry
Education and/or Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience providing legal and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- eDocs (or equivalent) preferred
