Job description
As a
Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for providing warehouse support, including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals. You will need to load and unload shipments, label and stock products, operate a forklift, perform physical inventory counts, and complete other miscellaneous duties assigned to you.
The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with an hours paid lunch! The pay rate starts at $16/hour. This client offers a supportive work environment and will train on all responsibilities and offer opportunity for advancement!
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
- Ability to work for long periods of time on your feet
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping/receiving related role
- General knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, USPS shipping sites
- NetSuite Experience
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of proper safety rules and practices
