Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Receiving Supervisor

Job Description:

In order to continue our accelerated growth and maintain that growth, we are seeking a talented Warehouse/Forklift operator to define and execute this vision. The role is a mix of consistent forklift work, loading shipments, processing returns & optimizing organization. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The role demands polished forklift skills, acute warehouse knowledge, attention to detail, and an attitude of figuring it out and getting it done. All the while thinking the entire process is crucial to the success of a growing company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the inner workings of a trucking company dock – this consists of high-volume pallet moving, cross docking and efficient uses of trailer loading.
• Executes warehouse management by effectively dealing with truck drivers, maximizing the square footage of outbound loads while maintaining a zero-sum claim incidence.
• Fulfill orders and process requests from leadership to palletize and load.
• Maintain physical inventory and systematic counts between the warehouse and Warehouse Management system.
• Communicate frequently with office team to bridge the gap between the warehouse and trucking side
• Continue safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

Applicant Requirements:

• Highly skilled forklift experience is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred or previous warehouse and fulfillment experience.
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• An ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
• Data entry, excel and computer skills with WMS capabilities , are very much desired.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and maintain attention to detail needed.

Physical Demands:

• All operations will take place at the Warehouse located in Saint Paul, MN.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects from 1-50 lbs., but occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh 50-100 lbs.
• Frequently required to be on your feet for extended periods.
