Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.
Proficient in Google Suite, including Sheets, Calendar, and Docs.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, and customers.
Familiarity with La-Z-Boy products and industry standards is a plus, but not necessary.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 100 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
