The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration’s (MDOT SHA) Office of Traffic and Safety (OOTS) is currently recruiting for a Construction Team Leader (Transportation Engineer V) in Anne Arundel County. This position is open to anyone who meets the minimum and selective qualifications listed below. This is a position specific recruitment. The resulting list of eligible candidates will be used to fill this vacancy or function only. You will need to reapply for any future recruitment conducted for this job classification.

"The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) has been named Training Magazine’s Training APEX Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in professional engineering.
Selective Qualification: Two and a half (2 ½) years of the required experience must have involved the construction, design, and/or maintenance of transportation infrastructure.
