Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving orders from customers via phone, email, fax, or other means
- Order entry through invoicing, which may involve entering orders into AX following established SOP for orders
- Follow the progress of the order through production & scheduling of delivery or pick up
- Keeping the customer updated as appropriate
- Coordinating orders/shipments incoming or outgoing
- And more
Requirements:
- Previous experience with SOP systems
- Problem solver
- Customer service
- Multi tasking
- Computer and math skills
