Northwest Pipe Fittings Inc. has a career opportunity for full-time Warehouse Driver / Specialist position in our Rapid City, SD location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload products from suppliers’ daily
• Deliver product to other stores or contractors
• Relief delivery driver as needed on any route requested (may have occasional overnight stay)
• Cycle count inventory as schedule
• Pick order identified as Will Call
• Pick orders for shipping
• Match non-stock pick tickets with products
• Put received stock away
• Assist customers at the sales counter upon request; may include carrying merchandise to customer vehicle
• Clean/organize/stock assigned area; may include backing up other co-workers
• Assist in stock rotation
• Assist clean/organize yard as required
• Assist in the maintenance of all company vehicles and property
• Other duties as assigned

This is an hourly position. With typical hours of work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am -5:00 pm. Flexibility of hours is required based on business necessity.

**This position requires a valid CDL A license. Employer is willing to assist in training for individual that does not currently hold a CDL A license.

Nature and Scope:

Authority necessary to perform duties of this position, but will refer complex, unusual problems to supervisor. Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.

Standards of Performance:

Self-directed/motivated, courteous, and neat in appearance, as well as a friendly and positive attitude toward co-workers. Able to comply with company policies and procedures. Demonstrates and displays teamwork through cooperation with others. At work and on time per company schedule. Able to efficiently and accurately manage a number of projects at the same time, while continuing to respond to all customer inquiries within a reasonable amount of time. Valid Driver's License required.
