Seneca Companies is currently seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for the shipping and receiving of incoming packages, freight, parts, equipment and materials. Associates pull, tag and coordinate deliveries of job materials and parts for projects. Ensures accuracy by verifying packing slips, part numbers and barcodes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining warehouse storage space, organizing inventory, stocking shelves, checking and performing inventory counts and advising supervisor of under/over stocking
• Shipping and receiving activities
• Pull parts and package for shipping
• Delivery of materials to job sites
• Loading and unloading job trailers
• First shift, Monday through Friday work schedule with overtime as needed
• Some overnight travel required-10%

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Class D license a plus!
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
