Warehouse Associates wanted in Clinton!

• Position: Warehouse Associate
• Pay Rate: $17 to start with a $1 increase after 90 days
• Shift: 5pm- 3am Tuesday and Thursday- Sunday

This is a hands on position involving repetitive lifting, stacking, sorting, pushing, pulling, bending and reaching. If you like active, physical work, this is the job for you.

Warehouse associates are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging and moving items in and out of a cross-dock warehouse. Warehouse associates work cooperatively with other associates and with little supervision. Following company safety policies and processes is of great importance to this position.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Arrange cartons on pallets and racks keeping in mind size, weight, height, etc.
• Physically load bakery products into trailers
• Works productively with little supervision
• Provides outstanding service to our customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Maintains clean organized warehouse work area

Education, Experience, Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Computer experience preferred
• Experience with RF equipment preferred
• Must be able to count, add, and subtract
• Must be able to work extended hours as required
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. repetitively
• Must be able to push and pull up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Frequent overhead lifting
