We are seeking a Fabric Retail Sales Associate - Full/Part-time to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Measure and cut fabric.
• Forklift experience (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

All employees are required to wear a mask. Customers are encouraged to wear a mask in the retail store. Store is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
