Job description

We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Accepting delivery of inventory. Counting and confirming of inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for office, in the field and order sheet every two weeks.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness of warehouse and outside building/parking lot for a safe working environment (dusting, sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, etc.) and optimize space utilization.
• Manage patient files that are housed in the warehouse.
• Retrieving and restocking patient files.
• Report any discrepancies to facilities or operations manager.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Conduct maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and safety systems (e.g. Changing A/C filters, fire alarm, etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify any issues.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment by taking preventive measures.
• Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Be able to travel to several of our clinics. Mileage compensation.

Skills

• Experience in Medical Warehouse position would be good to have.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (must be able to lift up to 60lbs)
• Must be able to work with tools for maintenance purposes.
• High school degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
