Job Description:

Our restaurant, Malinda, is seeking a friendly and personable Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced dining environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service. This role will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Assist with menu and special promotions
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clean and maintain dining areas and equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
