We are looking for a talented, passionate person to join our family owned business. As a part of our staff, we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. One of the most important jobs of this organization includes our Wait Staff.

Nutrition is vital to our seniors and the key role of our Wait Staff ensures that their diet is healthy and appetizing. Wait Staff is also responsible for taking orders in a restaurant style dining room, preparing first course settings, and serving all meals in a manner that reflects the highest quality of service.

Essential Duties:

• To demonstrate solid communication skills to effectively take orders and connect with residents and co-workers.
• To ensure that dining areas, kitchen and equipment are always clean, safe, and an inviting environment for the residents.
• To handle, store, and prepare food appropriately and continually throughout meal service.
• To ensure that food is prepared and readily available at all times for residents.
• Subject to a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
