We are professional, engaging, collaborative and our goal is to Shamrock Animal Hospital,a full-service small animal hospital in Rosemount, MN is looking for a strong full-time receptionist to add to our team. We are a 5-doctor practice known for progressive medicine and advanced surgery. Our hospital is busy and the cases are challenging. This position provides a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking skills are essential and taking initiative is encouraged. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals who like to collaborate with others to provide the best care for pets and great service to clients. Preference will be given to those with veterinary experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Communicate clearly between front-back (admissions & discharges) and your team members to support a smooth flow of patient/client care

Client services

Scheduling appointments

Filing

Answering phones

Work schedule: 4-5 day work week, no weekends!

Clinic Hours: M-F: 8-6

Pay: $16+ Competitive pay based on experience.
