Palisades Veterinary Hospital is located in Fountain Hills, AZ and is seeking a hard working, enthusiastic Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team. The position requires 30 hours per week for part-time employees and up to 40 hours per week for full-time employees.

We are a multi-doctor, AAHA accredited, small animal practice that specializes in providing high quality, compassionate and convenient care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals, and we see our clients and patients as extended family. Our facility is designed with the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies to better serve our patients and give their owners peace of mind. We are looking for that right person who enjoys a dynamic work environment and wants to be part of a great team.

The ideal candidates MUST have a great work-ethic (e.g., reliability, integrity, attention to detail), possess strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and be able to multi-task. We are also looking for strong communication skills and a team work orientated attitude. Prior veterinary experience is strongly preferred and experience with Cornerstone practice management software is a plus.
