We are seeking a full- or part-time Client Service Relations Specialist to join our veterinary team. We are a full-service small animal practice in the Village of Oak Creek, Arizona. We are a fast paced, high-quality practice, that focuses on providing excellent medicine and surgery to our patients.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, checking in and out appointments, invoicing, working closely with the doctor and team members to ensure a smooth work flow.

The ideal candidate can function well in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, leadership, prioritizing, and communication skills. We will provide on the job training and learning opportunities to help you grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Previous reception experience, not necessarily in the veterinary field: 1 year+ (Required)
