This is where YOU fit in: Navy Exchange Whidbey is in need of a Vending Operations Worker/ Route Drive to answer the call; a team player who is dedicated to supporting our local Naval community, and operational successes on a day to day basis. You will perform a variety of tasks which involve, inspection of inventories, the replenishing of merchandise, and minor upkeep of all Navy Exchange Everett vending machinery. Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

o Takes inventory of machine stock and equipment, maintaining/monitoring, and replenishing vending merchandise

o Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.

o Operates motor vehicle throughout the geographical area in the performance of the duties.

The Qualifiers:

o Must possess the skills necessary to perform job duties capable of installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting a variety of components, assemblies, and systems such as refrigeration, dispensing, electrical.

o Must possess a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment criminal & motor vehicle background check.

o HazMat training required within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.

o Pass the GSA defensive driving course

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.81 - $24.80 per hour
