Summary / Objective
This position assists in the production and movement of steel pipe products.
Essential Functions

• Perform daily pre and post check of equipment and tools for safe operation.
• Operates equipment such as pipe saw, metal shear, spot welder and dimpler as needed.
• Use small tools including staple and nail gun, grinder, hammer, chop saw and weed eater.
• Operate small forklift as needed.
• Assists welders, pipe mill operators and heavy forklift operators as needed.
• Other tasks and responsibilities may be added at management's discretion

• Dependability - Punctual and fulfills work and time requirements by adhering to work schedule and complies with attendance and leave policies and plans accordingly for absences

Work Environment
Regular work schedules. However, overtime may be required if necessary. This position works in outdoor conditions including heat or cold.
Proper Protective Protection Equipment (PPE) must always be worn.

Physical Demands
This position is defined as Heavy. Work involves exerting up to 65 pounds of force frequently using any combination of body, hands, fingers, arms, legs, or feet to complete work. Lifting, walking and standing and sitting to a significant degree.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
