**$15.50-$20.50/hour depending on experience and location**

The utility/cleaning specialist's primary responsibility is to quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly clean and maintain equipment throughout the restaurant. The utility/cleaning specialist must clean and detail: the fryers, all ovens, refrigeration equipment, and walk-in refrigerators/freezers, Maintain back dock area and dumpster area. Change light bulbs/ high dusting throughout the building. Cleaning the perimeter of the building. Break down, and detail broilers. Responsible for sanitary conditions in the dish area, kitchen area, walk-in refrigerators, and garbage / dock area. General cleaning of restaurant
