VOODOO Brewing Co Utility Role

▪ The utility role is the first impressions of the pub, greeting every guest, explaining how our ordering system works, helping them be seated, setting a comfortable tone, displaying our company culture. They need to be personable, fun and have good vibes!

▪ Cheerfully greets every guest upon entry, asks if they have ever been to our location before and explains our ordering system

▪ Helps the guest be seated and holds clear and effective communication with our bartenders/runners as well as kitchen staff on the needs of the guest.

▪ Runs foods to tables and assesses guests need for additional items.

▪ Buses tables and brings dishes to bar and kitchen.

▪ Interacts with guests. Assesses guests' needs and preferences and makes recommendations.

▪ Checks cleanliness of restrooms and need for more paper goods.

▪ Knowledge of our non-traditional seating arrangements, food ordering/ pick-up location is key to a successful Voodoo Brewery business as well as an explanation of our company such as, “We brew everything for consistency and to continue to provide the world’s best craft beer.”

▪ Delivers quality guest service and monitors the level of service throughout the pub.

▪ Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.

▪ Responsible for checking your personal Facebook page for updates from management and corporate on new beers and upcoming events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
