What you'll do...
We are looking for a Program Manager, Technology Operations to add to our Sam's Club team. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing the strategic direction of a large global organization, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity. As Program Manager/Scrum Master, you will have opportunity to collaborate with various product owners, transfer the requirements to the team, help them to define the right user stories, prioritize and overall manage the team by business priorities and business demands. You will be aware of purpose and risks & opportunities on the requests and drive the team thinking towards it.

Sam's Club provides a carefully curated assortment of items, as well as developing and leading technologies and services such as Scan & Go, Club Pickup, and home delivery service in select markets. The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you'll do:
- Developing, executing, and improving action plans
- Implementing agile practices
- Helping the team embrace Agile Core Values, adopt and apply Agile Principles, implement Agile practices.
- Facilitating the team's progress toward team goals while focusing on performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Supporting and partnering with the Product Owner - The Scrum Master helps the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives
- Provides and supports implementation of business solutions
- Knowledge of ecommerce platform and related technologies to drive the complex technical projects
- Driving engineering metrics across the organization for excellence
- Knowledge on cloud services, CI/CD systems, BE services and version control systems to help drive engineering metrics
- Build relationships with business partners, cross functional teams, and stakeholders
- Adapt to competing demands and prioritizing workload.
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures that supports the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Organizing projects and team's activity to ensure delivery and operational excellence.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Maintain healthy Jira portfolio and create and report the suitable metrics to evaluate the progress and performance
