The Universal Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and guests. This position may include serving food and beverages, clearing tables, washing dishes, and assisting with the tray line. The Universal Server must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be willing to work where assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests
• Take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages
• Clear tables
• Wash dishes
• Assist with the tray line
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
