The role of the Tubing Hill Attendant is to inform guests of scheduled activities on tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas and Ice skating. Outdoor attendant is also responsible for handling money and daily closing procedures. This is a fast paced, active front line position.
Responsibilities:
- Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities
- Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest
- Responsible for supervision of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas and ice skating
- Responsible for maintenance of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas and ice skating rink
- Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP
- Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests
- Handling money, making change, posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops
- Daily inspection and upkeep of Stone Pillar building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink; which could include snow removal
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
