CACI is seeking a Trusted Agent and PKI Support Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA.

About the Role:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) program management office (PMO) support services. You will be part of a dynamic team of process specialists, project managers, security specialists and financial analysts driving the deployment and expanded support capabilities of the HSDN environment. This team will collaborate across vendors, coordinating with multiple customer segments to ensure HSDN services are successfully deployed and transitioned to operations.

This position is hybrid and will require 2 days a week on the customer site in Arlington, VA.

More About the Role:

The Trusted Agent / PKI Support Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and provides support for secure access and authentication solutions. This individual works closely with the Federal Trusted Agent (TA), DISA IT staff, and users to ensure the secure and reliable operation of PKI services and systems, facilitating the protection of sensitive information and resources.

  • Manages and maintain the organization's PKI infrastructure, including Certificate Authorities (CAs), key stores, and cryptographic modules, to ensure optimal performance and security

  • Distributes and tracks tokens and maintenance within Token Tracking System (TTS)

  • Verifies and provides required Subscriber registration information

  • Performs face-to-face identity verification

  • Assists in downloading NSS PKI certificates onto token

  • Verifies digital signature on each Subscriber’s Acknowledgement of Responsibilities Form

  • Collects and electronically archive documentation

  • Reports / request certificate revocation

  • Performs and support Token sustainment activities

  • Provides DISA Common Service Provider (CSP) Governance Board (GB) Support

  • Manages the coordination of the CSP GB monthly meetings

  • Facilitates the CSP GB meeting via Microsoft teams

  • Processes and issue PKI certificates for users, adhering to established policies and procedures

  • Assist with PKI-related risk assessments and vulnerability management, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential threats

  • Provides weekly reports and insights to support decision-making and improvement efforts

  • Attends quarterly training to comply with guidance fostering awareness and proper usage to users and stakeholders on PKI-related topics, fostering awareness and proper usage of secure access and authentication

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have existing DOD Secret Clearance

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD

  • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience

  • 5+ years managing PKI infrastructure include CA’s and key stores

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
