TRUCK DRIVER RECRUITER

The Driver Recruiter is primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified Class A company drivers. This position is also responsible for executing daily tasks including; recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and creating a positive business environment for the long-term retention of company drivers. -EVALUATING PROSPECTIVE DRIVERS WITH SAFETY DEPARTMENT

-ONBOARDING NEW DRIVERS

-COLD CALLING LEADS FOR PROSPECTIVE DRIVERS

Pay starts at $50,000 to $60,000 Monday through Friday.
