• Safely transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance

• Use an Electronic Logging Device to log work/rest periods and miles spent driving

• Retain fuel/toll receipts and complete proper expense paperwork

• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures

• Abide by all safety rules and regulations

• Maintain a positive image of the company while driving and when communicating with customers or vendors

• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions

• Collect and verify delivery instructions

• Report defects, accidents, or violations

• Operate an electric or manual pallet jack, or a hand cart to move or load/unload full pallets

• Complete all required documentation and paperwork
