Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 (DOE)
Location: Coulee City, WA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CDL A with Tanker Endorsement will operate and maintain equipment and vehicle. Clear an area to unload the tanker. Connect hoses or pumps, and unload materials into fuel tanks or storage silos. Update paperwork and make sure relevant staff sign for deliveries. Keep accurate records of driving hours and activities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Safely deliver materials.
- Become familiar with products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete pre and post trip inspections on equipment.
- Maintain drive's daily log and legal load limits, and all other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain a clean truck appearance.
- Climbing in and out of truck ab as needed throughout the day, as well as assemble and carry 50 lb. chutes several times each day.
- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed,
- Comply with company's operational policies, procedures and standards.
- Timely and regular attendance is essential.
- Other duties, including labor tasks, assigned as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of DOT truck driving experience, preferred.
- Possess and maintain a valid Class A or higher commercial driver's license, medical card and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED.
