Are you a "people person" with a talent for sales? Krieger Orthodontics powered by Smile Doctors office is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! If you're amazing at connecting with people and have a knack for sales, we'll teach you everything you need to know to quickly succeed in this position. Plus, you'll work in a professional environment and hold a respected position within our team!

As our Treatment Coordinator (TC), you'll be responsible for presenting care to patients and helping them understand the best options for financing their (or their kids') care. You'll work with a fun and supportive team to ensure our patients get the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to discuss orthodontic treatment options & financing options
• Explain the benefits of different treatments, including Invisalign, braces, and other orthodontic appliances
• Help patients understand the financing options available to them as well as their insurance benefits
• Connect with other dental offices to ensure continuity of care for our patients
• Maintain patient records and schedules
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred
• Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
