Join Casey's Treasury team as a Treasury Analyst! As a Treasury Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing various daily cash management activities, including monitoring and funding of account balances to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operational cash needs. You'll primarily focus on the management of cash balances and transactions and includes opening/closing/modifying bank accounts, researching cash balance discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with our corporate banking partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned business areas in the research and resolution of problems and inquiries, including: opening, closing and modifications to existing bank accounts, evaluating the integrity of related banking transactions that occur throughout the month, and bank compliance requests.
  • Assist with defining requirements and testing of all system enhancements which may directly or indirectly impact treasury-related processes and systems.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automated solutions to ensure efficient Treasury operations.
  • Complete overall bank analysis, including review of fee analysis statements, identification and resolution of identified irregularities, daily cash reconciliation.
  • Analyze data provided from multiple sources, including sales, finance, procurement, accounting, etc.
  • Collaborate with store management regarding identified issues to determine root cause and identify/implement solutions.

This role could be filled at multiple levels depending on experience (Analyst, Sr. Analyst, etc.).

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work-related experience required.
  • At least three years of work related business experience required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking standards and practices, including the consistent exercise of good judgement as it relates to application of those standards and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain organized. Excellent analytical skills.
