The Treasury Group at Bessemer Trust is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of talented professionals to help manage the firm’s balance sheet, support internal and external reporting, and contribute to corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities:

o Prepare daily banking reports to support Treasury management monitoring of Banks’ assets & liabilities and compliance with capital ratios

o Monitor level of pledged corporate securities and generating related reports

o Update and communicate the daily Bessemer MMDA interest rate to applicable colleagues

o Process the monthly Bessemer MMDA interest events, update schedules, and administer related entries and communications

o Maintain treasury database of important statistics (both current database and future data warehouse)

o Assemble daily, weekly, and monthly reports for treasury management team

o Update flash reports for monthly actual banking income information

o Participate in the development of treasury related dashboards

o Enhance departmental procedures and related documentation

o Serve as a supporting teammate for colleagues who perform daily corporate cash management procedures and tracking

o Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field of study required

o Relevant finance or accounting industry work and/or internship experience

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Adobe Professional

o Proven ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple assignments, in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

o Ability to execute and follow through on responsibilities in a timely manner

o Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

o Shows tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation

o Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems

o Able to work overtime sometimes with short notice
