We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Soccer Coach to join our organization. As a Travel Soccer Coach, you will coach and develop young athletes in a competitive and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical and tactical skills of travel soccer players.
• Plan and conduct effective practice sessions that focus on player development, team building, and game strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to players during both training sessions and competitive matches.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth.
• Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and team administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Attend league games, tournaments, and other soccer events as required.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies, training techniques, and rule changes in soccer.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of players at all times.

Travel Soccer coach qualifications:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2-years coaching experience.
• Grassroots License (National D license preferred or equivalent)

This position includes working evenings and weekends.Candidates with less than 2 years’ experience will be considered for other Travel team positions. Job performance will be based on attracting and development players as well as the success of the team in local and state competitions.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per year
