A facility located near St Maries, Idaho has a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Occupational Therapist!

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 /hourly

Start date: May

Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

• 13-week contract with extension possibilities
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Health Insurance offered

Travel Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Coordinates participation in sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients learn life-management skills within limits of their mental and physical capabilities.
• The Travel Occupational Therapist consults with other members of rehabilitation team to select activity program consistent with needs and capabilities of individual and to coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities.
• Test and evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
• Provides practice in functional, pre vocational, vocational, and homemaking skills, and activities of daily living

Travel Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
• At least two years of facility experience
• Must be Occupational Therapist Registered or Licensed Occupational Therapist Registered
• CPR Certification

The Location:

• The mountains, rivers, lakes, and forests provide a scenic back for the town
• Hunting and fishing, snowmobiling and motorcycling, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and golfing.
