JOB PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Bridge TIC, the TIC Bridge Program Specialist will assist with the coordination and implementation of the TIC Bridge Program across Los Angeles County. This position will support the Resource and Referral Agencies, CCALA staff, the Associate Director, Bridge TIC, as well as the Bridge Training Coordinator by co-facilitating training opportunities for TIC Advisors, research and develop educational program materials and assist with program data management efforts. This position will also provide administrative and technical assistance for TIC Bridge staff and partners.
SUPERVISES: N/A – no supervisory responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
To be successful in this position, the TIC Bridge Program Specialist must be willing and become able to perform the following essential functions always:
1. Create foundational program materials by conducting research, as needed, to prepare for the development of Bridge educational materials including: handouts, marketing flyers, webinar and training slides (as appropriate)
2. Assist Training Coordinator in preparation and facilitation of TIC Group Coaching and TA Webinars
3. Co-facilitate trainings based on LA County Bridge TIC curriculum with Training Coordinator for TIC Advisors
4. Develop and disseminate on-going TIC Advisor resources such as monthly provider resource lists and additional training opportunities
5. Update and enhance TIC Bridge Samepage website and Bridge program materials, as needed
6. Provide focused, in-person on-site and remote technical assistance support to R&R agencies utilizing Bridge Program specific tools such as: Survey Monkey, Dropbox, and the TIC specific sections of Samepage (online organizational system)
7. Manage Bridge post-training survey data collecting and reporting processes, including monthly data reports prepared for each of the eight R&R agencies and preparing preliminary bi-annual reports for the Associate Director, aggregating all county-wide data
8. Perform clerical duties including coordinating all meeting and training logistics, including but not limited to securing the location, administering meeting invites, preparing meeting minutes and processing program invoices
9. Functions successfully within Drew’s employee policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree required in the fields of Education, Child Development, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or other related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience including task management, scheduling and communicating with external clients/partners;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative clerk.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/CREDENTIALS:
- Foundational knowledge of trauma-informed care and child development, preferred;
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations;
- Comfortable presenting information to an audience and speaking in front of a group;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google suites, and other databases;
- Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization and work cooperatively with other agencies;
- Communicate with others in a clear and precise manner, problem solving, analyze issues, create plans of action and reach solutions;
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred;
- Ability to travel to various sites across LA County on a weekly basis.

Pay: $22.40 - $25.76 per hour
